En el caso de los alumnos que no han alcanzado el l\u00edmite de edad o no se han graduado, el distrito debe evaluarlos antes de determinar que ya no presentan una discapacidad que califique<sup><a href=\"#footnote_1_594\" id=\"identifier_1_594\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R.
