Debido a que un representante del sindicato de los maestros, por lo general, tiene en mente los intereses de los maestros m\u00e1s que los de los alumnos, y no necesariamente poseen conocimiento o experiencia en lo relacionado con dicho alumno, no ser\u00eda adecuado que el representante asistiera.<sup><a href=\"#footnote_1_995\" id=\"identifier_1_995\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R.
