N\u1ebfu h\u1ecdc khu b\u1ecb ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n \u201ckh\u00f4ng tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7\u201d, h\u1ecdc khu s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c y\u00eau c\u1ea7u tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i.
