C\u00e1c v\u00ed d\u1ee5 v\u1ec1 s\u1ef1 vi ph\u1ea1m bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) kh\u00f4ng th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n (individualized education program, IEP);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) kh\u00f4ng th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n th\u1ea9m \u0111\u1ecbnh ho\u1eb7c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u h\u1ecdc sinh tham gia ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) kh\u00f4ng tu\u00e2n theo th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n th\u1ea9m \u0111\u1ecbnh ho\u1eb7c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4) kh\u00f4ng th\u00f4ng b\u00e1o cho ph\u1ee5 huynh v\u1ec1 cu\u1ed9c h\u1ecdp IEP; ho\u1eb7c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(5) kh\u00f4ng th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a phi\u00ean \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ea7n theo th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c ph\u00e1p l\u00fd ho\u1eb7c th\u1ecfa thu\u1eadn h\u00f2a gi\u1ea3i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110i\u1ec1u tra vi\u00ean t\u1eeb CDE \u0111i\u1ec1u tra c\u00e1c c\u00e1o bu\u1ed9c v\u00e0 l\u1eadp quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1eb1ng v\u0103n b\u1ea3n xem h\u1ecdc khu c\u00f3 \u201ckh\u00f4ng tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7\u201d theo lu\u1eadt ho\u1eb7c IEP c\u1ee7a h\u1ecdc sinh hay kh\u00f4ng. N\u1ebfu h\u1ecdc khu b\u1ecb ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n \u201ckh\u00f4ng tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7\u201d, h\u1ecdc khu s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c y\u00eau c\u1ea7u tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i.
