Tuy nhi\u00ean, trong m\u1ed9t tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c xem x\u00e9t t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng, ph\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u1ee9c v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n m\u1ed9t ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng ch\u00ednh trong cu\u1ed9c s\u1ed1ng ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 c\u1ea7n n\u1ed7 l\u1ef1c v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian, \u0111au \u0111\u1edbn ho\u1eb7c \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 th\u1ec3\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00e1c bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p gi\u1ea3m nh\u1eb9<\/strong> <strong>bao g\u1ed3m, nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n \u1edf:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1)&nbsp; Thu\u1ed1c, v\u1eadt t\u01b0, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb, d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 y t\u1ebf, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 th\u1ecb l\u1ef1c k\u00e9m (\u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb ph\u00f3ng to, c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n ho\u1eb7c l\u00e0m t\u0103ng h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh tr\u1ef1c quan, nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng bao g\u1ed3m k\u00ednh m\u1eaft th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng ho\u1eb7c k\u00ednh \u00e1p tr\u00f2ng), b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3 bao g\u1ed3m tay ch\u00e2n v\u00e0 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb, m\u00e1y tr\u1ee3 th\u00ednh v\u00e0 c\u1ea5y \u1ed1c tai ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb tr\u1ee3 th\u00ednh c\u1ea5y gh\u00e9p kh\u00e1c, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb di \u0111\u1ed9ng, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb v\u00e0 v\u1eadt t\u01b0 cho li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p oxy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2)&nbsp; Ch\u0103m s\u00f3c b\u1ea3n th\u00e2n, th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c th\u1ee7 c\u00f4ng, nh\u00ecn, nghe, \u0103n, ng\u1ee7, \u0111i, \u0111\u1ee9ng, ng\u1ed3i, v\u1edbi tay, n\u00e2ng, c\u00fai, n\u00f3i, th\u1edf, h\u1ecdc, \u0111\u1ecdc, t\u1eadp trung, suy ngh\u0129, vi\u1ebft, giao ti\u1ebfp, t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi kh\u00e1c, l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c;
