Sec. 300.305(e)(1).]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5728\u5b66\u5e74\u7ed3\u675f\u524d30\u5929\u6216\u66f4\u77ed\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\uff0c\u4e3a\u67d0\u513f\u7ae5\u63d0\u51fa\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5219\u5b66\u533a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e0b\u4e00\u5b66\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u540e30\u65e5\u5185\uff0c\u53ec\u96c6\u4f1a\u8bae\u5e76\u7f16\u5236IEP\u3002[Cal. Ed.
