F.<\/em>\u88c1\u5b9a\u9879\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684FAPE\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u513f\u7ae5\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u5728\u5176\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u6559\u80b2\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u8d77\u8349\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\/\u6216\u529f\u80fd\u76ee\u6807\uff08\u4e0e\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u6b8b\u969c\u65e0\u5173\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9e\u65bd\u5404\u9879\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5b66\u751f\u6ee1\u8db3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u91c7\u53d6\u80af\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff08\u5e76\u5f62\u6210\u6587\u4ef6\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684 IEP \u80fd\u8ba9\u513f\u7ae5\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u5e74\u5ea6\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u800c\u8a00\uff0cIEP \u4e2d\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5e94\u662f\u8fdc\u5927\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u5728\u614e\u91cd\u8003\u8651\u513f\u7ae5\u5f53\u524d\u6210\u7ee9\u6c34\u5e73\u3001\u6b8b\u969c\u60c5\u51b5\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u89e3\u91ca\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_1_1631\" id=\"identifier_1_1631\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"\u53c2\u89c1 Endrew F. at 999\u3002\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IEP \u5fc5\u987b\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4f53\u513f\u7ae5\u53ca\u5176\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u8fdb\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u513f\u7ae5\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5176\u5728 IEP \u4e2d\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u6709\u4f55\u4e0d\u540c\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u8fde\u7eed\u7684 IEP \u4e2d\u76ee\u6807\u91cd\u590d\u6216\u5c31\u76ee\u6807\u800c\u8a00\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u5219 IEP \u56e2\u961f\u5e94\u6839\u636e <em>Endrew F.<\/em> \u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u5bf9 IEP \u7684\u5145\u5206\u6027\u63d0\u51fa\u8d28\u7591\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f53\u5bb6\u957f\/\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\/\u5176\u4ed6\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u5176\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u6b65\u4e8b\u5b9c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u660e\u786e\u4e14\u7b26\u5408\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u7b54\u590d\uff0c\u5c31 IEP \u4e2d\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u513f\u7ae5\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\u534f\u52a9\u513f\u7ae5\u53d6\u5f97\u9002\u5f53\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u505a\u51fa\u5408\u7406\u89e3\u91ca\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u533a\u65e0\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\uff0c\u5219 IEP \u56e2\u961f\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u65b0\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u89c2\u5bdf\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u67e5 IEP\uff0c\u5e76\u8d77\u8349\u65b0\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u8ba9\u513f\u7ae5\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u5b9e\u73b0\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u6559\u80b2\u798f\u5229\u3002 <sup><a \u80fd\u8ba9\u513f\u7ae5\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u5e74\u5ea6\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u800c\u8a00\uff0cIEP \u4e2d\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5e94\u662f\u8fdc\u5927\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u5728\u614e\u91cd\u8003\u8651\u513f\u7ae5\u5f53\u524d\u6210\u7ee9\u6c34\u5e73\u3001\u6b8b\u969c\u60c5\u51b5\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u89e3\u91ca\u30021 IEP \u5fc5\u987b\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4f53\u513f\u7ae5\u53ca\u5176\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u8fdb\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u513f\u7ae5\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5176\u5728 IEP \u4e2d\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u6709\u4f55\u4e0d\u540c\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u8fde\u7eed\u7684 IEP \u4e2d\u76ee\u6807\u91cd\u590d\u6216\u5c31\u76ee\u6807\u800c\u8a00\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u5219 IEP \u56e2\u961f\u5e94\u6839\u636e Endrew F. \u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u5bf9 IEP \u7684\u5145\u5206\u6027\u63d0\u51fa\u8d28\u7591\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f53\u5bb6\u957f\/\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\/\u5176\u4ed6\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u5176\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u6b65\u4e8b\u5b9c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u660e\u786e\u4e14\u7b26\u5408\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u7b54\u590d\uff0c\u5c31 IEP \u4e2d\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u513f\u7ae5\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\u534f\u52a9\u513f\u7ae5\u53d6\u5f97\u9002\u5f53\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u505a\u51fa\u5408\u7406\u89e3\u91ca\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u533a\u65e0\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\uff0c\u5219 IEP
