Secs.300.322 (a) &amp; (b).\">1<\/a><\/sup> \u8c28\u8bb0\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u533a\u4e0d\u80fd\u8bf4\u670d\u60a8\u53c2\u52a0\u9002\u5f53\u53ec\u96c6\u7684 IEP \u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5219\u5b66\u533a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u60a8\u4e0d\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u4e3e\u884c\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\uff1a\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u5b58\u5176\u5b89\u6392\u76f8\u4e92\u534f\u8bae\u4e00\u81f4\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5730\u70b9\u6240\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u4ea6\u5fc5\u987b\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u786e\u4fdd\u5bb6\u957f\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u8bdd\u4f1a\u8bae\u786e\u4fdd\u5bb6\u957f\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_2_1644\" id=\"identifier_2_1644\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R. Sec.300.322 (d).\">2<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53c2\u52a0\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u7531\u4ed6\u4eba\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5f8b\u5e08\u6216\u8fa9\u62a4\u4eba\uff09\u966a\u540c\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_3_1644\" id=\"identifier_3_1644\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"20 U.S.C. Sec.1414(d)(1)(B)(vi); 34 C.F.R. Secs.300.321(a)(6) &amp; (c).\">3<\/a><\/sup> \u5728\u5408\u9002\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u4ea6\u53ef\u53c2\u52a0\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u5176\u4e2d\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_4_1644\" id=\"identifier_4_1644\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"20 U.S.C. Sec.1414(d)(1)(B)(vii); 34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.321(a)(7).\">4<\/a><\/sup> \u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u5e74\u6ee1 16 \u5c81\u65f6\u751f\u6548\u7684 IEP\uff0cIEP \u901a\u77e5\u4ea6\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u77e5\u60a8\uff1a\u5c06\u8981\u8ba8\u8bba\u76f8\u5173\u8fc7\u6e21\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b66\u533a\u5c06\u9080\u8bf7\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u53c2\u4f1a\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_5_1644\" id=\"identifier_5_1644\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R. Sec.300.322(f); 5 C.C.R.Sec.3040(a).\">8<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6bcf\u5e74\u5bf9 IEP \u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u5ba1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8bc4\u5ba1\u6240\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6743\u5229\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_9_1644\" id=\"identifier_9_1644\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"20 U.S.C.
