Ed.Code Sec.56028(a)(2).\">1<\/a><\/sup>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cCalifornia \u6cd5\u5f8b\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a\u5728\u5b66\u533a\u4efb\u547d\u4ee3\u7406\u5bb6\u957f\u65f6\uff0c\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u5fc5\u987b\u4eab\u6709\u4f18\u5148\u6743\uff08\u5728\u4eb2\u5c5e\u5173\u62a4\u4eba\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4f46\u5728 CASA \u4e4b\u524d\uff09\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_2_2569\" id=\"identifier_2_2569\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Cal. Code Sec.7579.5(c).\">2<\/a><\/sup>\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u662f\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u5bb6\u957f\u6216\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u4ecd\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u6709\u6743\u67e5\u9605\u5b66\u751f\u5f53\u524d\u53ca\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u5305\u62ec IEP \u548c\u7b2c 504 \u8282\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_3_2569\" id=\"identifier_3_2569\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"EC 49069.3(b)\">3<\/a><\/sup>\u3002\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u8fd8\u5e94\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u6216\u513f\u7ae5\u798f\u5229\u793e\u5de5\u6c9f\u901a\uff08\u4ee5\u6700\u9002\u5408\u8005\u4e3a\u51c6\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u8ba8\u8bba\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u9700\u6c42\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_4_2569\" id=\"identifier_4_2569\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Cal. Ed. Code Sec.49069.3(c).\">4<\/a><\/sup>\u202f\u202f\u00a0 \u82e5\u5b66\u533a\u6216\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u5177\u5907\u6709\u5173\u5bc4\u517b\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u6216\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u5219\u5bc4\u517b\u7236\u6bcd\u4e5f\u53ef\u53c2\u52a0 IEP \u4f1a\u8bae\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_5_2569\" id=\"identifier_5_2569\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Cal.
