Ed.Code Sec.56341.1(b)(1).\">1<\/a><\/sup>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u95ee\u9898\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u5219\u00a0IEP\u00a0\u56e2\u961f\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u662f\u5426\u5c06\u4ece\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aFAA\u00a0\u548c\u00a0PBIP\uff09\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u9879\u00a0BSP\uff0c\u4f46\u8be5\u00a0BSP\u00a0\u5e76\u65e0\u6cd5\u89e3\u51b3\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5219\u60a8\u5e94\u5411IEP\u00a0\u56e2\u961f\u6307\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u7533\u8bf7\u8fdb\u884c\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u884c\u4e3a\u8bc4\u4f30\u00a0(functional behavioral assessment, FBA)\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aFAA\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u00a0IEP\u00a0\u56e2\u961f\u5177\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u7f16\u5236\u66f4\u52a0\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u00a0PBIP\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol class=\"footnotes\"><li id=\"footnote_1_2622\" class=\"footnote\">34 C.F.R.
