Puyallup Sch.Dist.<\/em>, No. 3, 31 F.3d 1489, 1495 (9th Cir.1994).]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0eIDEA\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u7b2c504\u8282\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u79f0\u4e3a\u8868\u73b0\u6d4b\u5b9a\u8bc4\u5ba1\uff08Manifestation Determination Review\uff0cMDR\uff09\u3002\u8be5\u7b49\u8bc4\u4f30\u6216MDR\u5177\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u76ee\u7684\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1)&nbsp; \u786e\u5b9a\u7eaa\u5f8b\u63aa\u65bd\u4e0b\u7684\u4e0d\u5f53\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0e\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u6b8b\u969c\u76f8\u5173\uff1b\u548c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2)&nbsp; \u5982\u679c\u662f\u8fd9\u6837\uff0c\u5e94\u786e\u5b9a\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u73b0\u884c\u6559\u80b2\u5b89\u7f6e\u662f\u5426\u5408\u9002\u3002[34 C.F.R.
