Sec.1414(d)(1)(A)(i).\">1<\/a><\/sup>\u202f \u5728\u4e3a\u5c45\u5bb6\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u7f16\u5236 IEP \u65f6\uff0cIEP \u56e2\u961f\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u76f8\u540c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u202f <sup><a href=\"#footnote_2_2945\" id=\"identifier_2_2945\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Letter to Boney\u202f18 IDELR 537(OSEP 1991).\">2<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5177\u6709 IEP \u7684\u5b66\u751f\uff0c\u7531IEP \u56e2\u961f\u786e\u5b9a\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6307\u5bfc\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u6301\u7eed\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u6570\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e<em>\u4e34\u65f6<\/em>\u6b8b\u969c\u5b66\u751f\uff08\u975e\u7b2c 504 \u8282\u6216\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u6216\u4f4f\u9662\u6307\u5bfc\uff08\u5176\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5929\u4e00\u5c0f\u65f6\uff09\u3002\u53c2\u89c1\u4e0a\u8ff0\u95ee\u9898 1\u3002\u202f\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u82e5\u672a\u7ecf\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e14\u672a\u786e\u5b9a\u6bcf\u65e5\u4e00\u8bfe\u65f6\u5bb6\u5ead\u6559\u5b66\u80fd\u5426\u5e26\u6765\u6559\u80b2\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u5c31\u6b66\u65ad\u8bbe\u5b9a\u8be5\u8bfe\u65f6\u4e0a\u9650\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76<em>\u975e<\/em>\u4e3a\u6ee1\u8db3\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u9700\u6c42\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002 \u202f\u6559\u80b2\u6536\u76ca\u6307\u5728\u4e2d\u5fc3 IEP \u76ee\u6807\u4e2d\u6240\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u00a0 <sup><a href=\"#footnote_3_2945\" id=\"identifier_3_2945\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"County of San Diego v. \u4efb\u4f55\u5c45\u5bb6\u6559\u5b66\u9879\u76ee\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5355\u72ec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u9488\u5bf9\u957f\u671f\u76ee\u6807\u4e0e\u5177\u4f53\u6307\u6807\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u5f97\u4ee5\u6301\u7eed\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u5728\u5b66\u751f\u5bb6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u202f \u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a\u5b66\u751f\u53ef\u83b7\u53d6\u4e00\u822c\u6559\u80b2\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u202f 1\u202f \u5728\u4e3a\u5c45\u5bb6\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u7f16\u5236 IEP \u65f6\uff0cIEP \u56e2\u961f\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u76f8\u540c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u202f 2\u00a0 \u5bf9\u4e8e\u5177\u6709 IEP \u7684\u5b66\u751f\uff0c\u7531IEP \u56e2\u961f\u786e\u5b9a\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6307\u5bfc\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u6301\u7eed\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u6570\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u4e34\u65f6\u6b8b\u969c\u5b66\u751f\uff08\u975e\u7b2c 504 \u8282\u6216\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u6216\u4f4f\u9662\u6307\u5bfc\uff08\u5176\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5929\u4e00\u5c0f\u65f6\uff09\u3002\u53c2\u89c1\u4e0a\u8ff0\u95ee\u9898 1\u3002\u202f\u202f\u202f&nbsp;
