Section (Sec.)1401(9); Title 34, Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Sec. 300.17.] \u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6700\u5c11\u9650\u5236\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5728\u6700\u5927\u5408\u9002\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6b8b\u969c\u5b66\u751f\u5747\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u548c\u65e0\u6b8b\u969c\u5b66\u751f\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u3002[34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.114.] \u6b64\u5916\uff0cFAPE\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u751f\u53ef\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e00\u822c\u6559\u80b2\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5176IEP\u76ee\u6807\u3002[20 U.S.C. Sec. 1414(d)(1)(A); 34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.320(a)(1).]<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"menu-chapter-1-container\"><ul id=\"menu-chapter-1\" class=\"menu\"><li id=\"menu-item-1569\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1569\"><a href=\"https:\/\/serr.disabilityrightsca.org\/zh-hant\/serr-manual\/chapter-1-information-on-basic-rights\/1-1-i-hear-a-lot-about-federal-and-state-laws-and-federal-and-state-regulations-whats-the-difference\/\">(1.1) \u6211\u77e5\u9053\u8054\u90a6\u548c\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee5\u53ca\u8054\u90a6\u548c\u5dde\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e2d\u8bba\u8ff0\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u5185\u5bb9\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u533a\u522b\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1604\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1604\"><a \u8bc4\u4f30\u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5\u6211\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8bed\u8a00\u8fdb\u884c\u5417\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1597\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type \u6211\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6743\u68c0\u67e5\u548c\/\u6216\u83b7\u5f97\u6211\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u8bb0\u5f55\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1596\" class=\"menu-item \u5982\u679c\u6211\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u4e0d\u6ee1\u8db3\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u5219\u6211\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u80fd\u5426\u83b7\u5f97\u67d0\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u5176\u6559\u80b2\u95ee\u9898\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1712\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1712\"><a \u4ec0\u4e48\u662f Endrew F. \u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u6848\u4ef6\uff1f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u51b3\u7b56\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li href=\"https:\/\/serr.disabilityrightsca.org\/zh-hant\/serr-manual\/chapter-1-information-on-basic-rights\/1-18-what-are-the-key-rulings-in-endrew-f\/\">(1.18) Endrew F. \u4e2d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u88c1\u5b9a\u90fd\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1714\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1714\"><a Endrew F. \u4e2d\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u5b66\u533a\u7f16\u5236\u6211\u5b69\u5b50 IEP \u7684\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1715\" class=\"menu-item
