Code Sec. 56320(f).\">2<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5de5\u5177\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c55\u793a\uff1a\u8ba4\u77e5\u3001\u884c\u4e3a\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u56e0\u7d20\u5bf9\u5b69\u5b50\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u534f\u52a9\u76f8\u5173\u4eba\u5458\u786e\u5b9a\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u9700\u6c42\u3002&nbsp;<sup><a href=\"#footnote_3_432\" id=\"identifier_3_432\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.304(c)(7).\">3<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5b66\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u60a8\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u8f85\u52a9\u6280\u672f\u00a0(AT)\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4ece\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5bf9\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\u6216\u8bbe\u5907\uff08\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u534f\u52a9\u5176\u9009\u62e9\u3001\u83b7\u53d6\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u8f85\u52a9\u6280\u672f\u8bbe\u5907\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u8bc4\u4f30\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5bf9\u60a8\u5b69\u5b50\u5728\u5176\u201c\u4e60\u60ef\u73af\u5883\u201d\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u529f\u80fd\u8bc4\u4f30\u201d\u3002<sup><a href=\"#footnote_4_432\" id=\"identifier_4_432\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R. Sec.300.6.\">4<\/a><\/sup> \u8bc4\u4f30\u5e94\u534f\u52a9\u5bb6\u957f\/\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\/\u5176\u4ed6\u6559\u80b2\u6743\u5229\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u548c\u5b66\u533a\u786e\u5b9a\u513f\u7ae5\u00a0IEP\u00a0\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\uff1a\u8ba4\u5b9a\u513f\u7ae5\u7b26\u5408\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u00a0<sup><a href=\"#footnote_5_432\" id=\"identifier_5_432\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R.300.304(b)(1)(ii)\">5<\/a><\/sup>\uff0c\u8f85\u52a9\u6280\u672f\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u4e3a\u513f\u7ae5IEP\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u00a0 <sup><a href=\"#footnote_6_432\" id=\"identifier_6_432\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.324(a)(2)(v); Cal. Ed.
