I recently obtained an independent educational assessment of Max from Dr. Sharon Smith, pursuant to Cal. Ed. Code Sec. 56329(b), because I disagreed with the results of the educational assessments provided by the school district.  

This is to request reimbursement for the cost to me of Dr. Smith’s assessment.  Enclosed please find a copy of Dr. Smith’s invoice.
