Many preschool-aged students with disabilities attend private preschools whether or not they have an IEP.  Most private preschools must comply with non-discrimination laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Unruh Civil Rights Act.[1]  For more information, see Chapter 16, Information on Section 504 and Disability-Based Discrimination.
