(9.4) What are the interagency services a student might receive from CCS?

CCS services include: 

  1. Treatment: individual or group occupational or physical therapy;   
  2. Consultation: occupational or physical therapist provides information and instruction to parents/guardians/other education rights holders, caregivers, school staff, or other medical service providers regarding therapy activities; and  
  3. Monitoring: regular re-evaluation of the student’s physical status and review of the therapy activities provided by parents/guardians/other education rights holders and school staff, and updating of the therapy plan.[1]
