A multidisciplinary team, including the parent or guardian, develops the IFSP from an assessment of the unique needs of the infant or toddler. Code Sec. 95020(f).] In addition, a review of the plan is provided to the family every 6 months, or more often when needed or if the parent requests such a review. [34 C.F.R.
