(9.11) What are the interagency services a student might receive from CCS?

CCS services include: 1) Treatment — individual or group occupational or physical therapy; 2) Consultation — occupational or physical therapist provides information and instruction to parents, caregivers, school staff, or other medical service providers regarding therapy activities; and 3) Monitoring — regular re- evaluation of the student’s physical status and review of the therapy activities provided by parents and school staff, and updating of the therapy plan.
